3. Client Feedback

The Feedback Wizard is essentially a very unique, secure and easy-to-follow process for client communications.

Staff can bundle together and present to a client a specific collection of images, documents, files or links and the type of feedback they would like to hear from the client. The user-definable feedback choices could be, for example, APPROVE, DISAPPROVE and LET’S DISCUSS FURTHER along with the option of leaving comments.

The result is a massive increase in productivity, staff performance, and overall client satisfaction.

4. Online Payment

Invoice and paid registration can be made online with our web portal. Currently supported payment gateways include Authorize.net AIM, Authorize.net SIM, Invoice Me, PayPal Express Checkout, Stripe, 2CheckOut, Amazon Payments, BrainTree, PayMill, Skrill, PayFast, and Payza. It is a secure email system built right into the web portal without spams and adverstisements. Managers are able to send messages to any of their assigned Clients and Circles, the Staff of their assigned Clients, and vice verse.

7. SMS Gateway

Using the worldwide standard of ‘Email to SMS’, the SMS Gateway lets administrators bypass the complex and expensive requirement of using a 3rd party SMS service, and gives users all the benefits of being able to send SMS notifications without the prohibitive difficulty and costs.

8. Support Ticket
